OUR FOUNDER
Rae Construction was founded in 2013 when the owner, Amy Petcovic, decided to uproot from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and move to Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. Petcovic has over 19 years of experience in the construction industry.

She has served as a project manager on numerous projects for the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), USACE (United States Army Corp. of Engineers), and served as a safety liaison and assistant estimator for the DOE (United States Department of Energy), Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and PennDot (Pennsylvania Department of Transportation).

Ms. Petcovic has a Master’s of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Leadership with a specialization in Project Management from Northeastern University.

We started our journey in the construction industry by performing underground work for Cox Communications. Over the last few years we have expanded our market to the federal sector, through utilizing our 8a, HUBZone, WOSB, and EDWOSB certifications. Our certifications have given us the opportunity to work with NAVFAC Southwest, The United States Army Corp of Engineers, The United States Air Force, The Air National Guard, and the Bureau of Land Management to name a few.
